Guest Ratings & Reviews
The B & B's bridal suite rooms at the bottom of the street were beautiful, so clean, and spacious, providing a relaxing stay with excellent treatments on offer. The staff was attentive and exceptionally friendly, offering a range of services to make my stay comfortable. The location was superb, combining the tranquility of a quiet area with easy access to the center of Limerick and a lovely park nearby. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a high-quality food selection throughout the day and evening, although one visit fell short. Overall, my experience was enriched by the period charm of the location.
I was absolutely blown away by the sumptuous rooms in the Georgian part of the hotel that overlooked the park and the stunning Georgian street and church. The view was breathtaking, taking me back in time to our period room. The service was outstanding, with the extremely helpful and friendly staff making sure every need was taken care of. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main areas of Limerick and surrounded by historical landmarks and the serene Shannon River. Dining in the picture-perfect breakfast room was a delightful experience with scones, jams, and Irish butter. What stood out for me were the lovely facilities that added an extra touch of comfort to my stay.
I absolutely loved the unique and beautiful door representing the country's charm, but the room was a bit too warm. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable with lovely soft linens, offering a cozy stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and beautifully decorated, located next to the elevator shaft away from the road, making it peaceful. The staff, especially Damien at the front desk, was incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly. The little nibbles and card in the room added a special touch. However, the off-premises secured parking was a bit troublesome. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, although extremely comfortable, was located above ongoing building work that disrupted our afternoon nap; however, the history and charm of the Vankerkiste period room were undeniable. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and professional staff who were always eager to assist. The central location was convenient for exploring the city, but the noise from the nearby construction was a drawback. The dining options offered imaginative choices but had some inconsistencies in food quality. Overall, the hotel provided a unique and cozy stay with a few minor inconveniences.
