the staff were friendly. and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The room i booked, a townhouse suite, lacked basic amenities, like a working mini-fridge. It was quite annoying. the breakfast service was subpar. the food quality just didn't meet expectations for a supposed four-star hotel, we really had to ask for coffee refills multiple times, and the pastries seemed stale. the worst thing was a very noisy cleaning service that started before 7am. Not really relaxing

The hotel provided complimentary bath salts, a nice touch. Breakfast included delicious fresh orange juice. The period room had unique decor, including a copper bath. Staff ensured a seamless experience from arrival to departure (they really were really good).

i found the staff super friendly. the bar is quite cozy. great cocktails were available at the bar (i tried a few!).

the hotel's breakfast was not very good. the bacon was incinerated (it was too crispy for my liking). there was no fridge in the room. bottled water was not available.
